Adjustable coilover springs that replace your factory springs. Designed to adjust height wiht a special tool included with product

After installing the new springs the car was actually highr than stock, even though I had pre set the springs at the half point of there adjustment. distributor suggested grinding down strut shelf to gain more drop. Didnt want to mess with the struts. after dropping the springs as low as they would go i only managed to drop the car 3/4" below the original hieght, and I bottom out with any slight bump on the road, my back is hating me for this.

The springs did not not do what they are intended to do. I have had to remove the springs and replace with the original springs, the ride with the original springs is much better. I'm looking for another product

Aerospeed Coilovers

Coil springs with adjustable sleeves for changing ride height.

Experience with this product was very poor. The instructions from Aerospeed are very poor. They did not offer any information on how to set up the sleeves properly on the shock body (I did know enough to use KYB adjustable shocks), nor did they have any suggestions on what to do about providing any bottoming stops. There is also no difference between the front springs and rear springs. After installation, my car ('93) was set at stock height. The ride was extremely harsh, but bearable. Next I lowered the car approximately one inch at the front and rear. Although Aerospeed advertises an adjustment range of dropping the car from one to four inches, this was not possible. Upon driving around a sharp right hand turn at moderately fast speed, I thought the car was going to jump off the road... it bounced severely on the springs and the KYB adjustable shocks were largely ineffective in controlling the "leaping" that was experienced.
