Urethane bushings with stainless steel sleeve inserts.

These bushings, unlike OEM bushings(requires press or various bushing removing C-clamp devices available on loan from auto parts stores), can be pressed in by hand quite easily once the suspension has been disassembled and the OEM bushings removed. Complete set available from Flyin' Miata fit precisely. Not a difficult procedure, just time consuming and somewhat labor intensive. I recommend purchasing new ball joints (lower and tie rod end) and upper ball joint dust covers if your car is high milage.

Made enormous difference in handling in my M1 with nearly 300k miles. The steering once again has that wonderful tight feel the Miata is known for, just like new! Long overdue. The original bushings looked fine on the outside until removed from the control arms. Boy were they shot! Would replace sooner in the future although Powerflex claims these will last longer than the rubber originals. We'll see. But at least next time I can press the "old" bushings out by hand.

Over 30 minutes to remove completely
