Metal scuff plates with Roadster script.

Very easy to install.

Having read comments on the flimsy scuff plates being sold at Moss and other places, decided to try the new R-Speed classic scuff plates. Upon receiving them, I was surprised at how solid these things were. They're stainless steel, with the Roadster script on the top side and two adhesive tapes that run along the width of the plates on the other side. You don't have to remove the plastic portion of the door sill. It just fits in front of it. (I'll try to get a picture on my site to show you the finished look) When measuring up the plates before sticking them on, there was a little gap in between the existing plastic plate and the scuff plates. I was sure I lined them up correctly. I guess that's why R-Speed didn't put a picture of these things on their site. Oh well, it wasn't that noticeable and I didn't want the hassle of returning them since I'm up in Canada. They look terrific otherwise and they cost half the price of OEM's.

Not an installed item
