ASA

My 17"x7.5" (40mm offset) aluminum wheels weigh in at 17 lbs apiece ... 38lbs with 205/40/17's installed (according to UPS).

The wheels are of very high quality. With the Z-rated Sumitomo's mounted they look fantastic and seriously improve handling (I had the painted 14" steel wheels on before). I was really worried how a 17" wheel would look (I didn't want to be mistaken for one of the obnoxious kids driving around in a slammed Civic), but the lack of chrome and the simple design have received nothing but thumbs-up from previously skeptical friends.

I decided to buy the product after reading that ASA leases their process from BBS, and the fact that the lighter 16" O.Z. Superleggera's that I wanted were on back-order. Not all of ASA's wheels are as light ... ordered from Tirerack for $189 apiece ($89 for tires) for a total under my $1200 target.
