Short, black rubber covered, flexible antenna
This is a direct replacement for the factory antenna. It took me less than 5 mins. to unscrew the old antenna (you can the mount from inside the trunk to prevent it from just spinning) and install this antenna. It contrasts well with my white 1990 and radio reception is as good as or better than before.
