I have a 2002. I lined my trunk with this product : under the trunk carpet, behind the molded pieces around the sides and under the trunk lid. This took about an hour because of the need to cut pieces to fit. The improvement was immediately noticeable. Most of the noise coming from the trunk is gone and without that noise the car sounds quiet and solid.
I love the difference this product has made to my car. I am now thinking of putting some under the rear shelf, behind the rear bulkhead and around the transmission tunnel.
