This is a cover for the cockpit only.
I've been using the cover daily for the past two weeks.
I am pleased with the fabric and quality of workmanship. Installing or removing the cover takes only a few moments, so I find myself using it more than the full cover top I also own. I also like being able to leave the boot cover in place - it's my way of leaving the top down yet protecting the car's interior. The only weakness I would note is in the "hooks" that anchor the tie-down straps. The hooks are made of a pliable material and are meant to be bent to "fit" the edges of the wheel-wells. The rear hooks work out okay, however, due to the flared edge angle of the front wheel-wells (on my '99 anyway - I don't know if this is an issue for pre-'99) the front hooks can straighten out and come loose - especially if the wind blows. I would also have liked a bit longer Velcro strip where the cover is anchored to the mirrors. I'm a tinkerer...so I'll probably tweek away. Overall - I'm pleased. I'd buy the top again.

Cockpit cover that fits over the cokpit to shade and protect the interior of the car. The cover comes in gray, Yellow and blue.
This is a very nice product, and very functional. On a hot summer day, the cockpit cover keeps the seats and steering wheel nice and cool. In addition, it also keeps the leaves and trash out of the car. I leave my top down, with the boot on, all of the time. At night, I place the cockpit cover on in a few minutes. This is a great product! The price was $45 including first class shipping. After my order, the package was on my door step in three days.
I have an Autopower four ponit Roll Bar and the cockpit cover fits very well. The cover is tight and does not blow off in the wind. It is very windy where I live. It has four well made strap, that attach to the wheel-wells. In addition, the cover has velcro for under the mirrors. This makes the fit very snug. I would highly recommend this product!
