Lockwood Stainless Steel Grille.
Bought on Ebay based on four factors: (1) did not require removal of tie down hooks;(2) design appeared to allow maximum air flow; (3) price and (4) deep set installation that you don't really notice.
Nice product that installed very easily. Stainless sheet with hex punchouts and rubber/vinyl trim on bottom only. Attached with two existing 10mm screws. Deep set. Fit around tie downs easily. My '03 has all the tupperware on it and it looked like I would have to partially remove some of it in order to remove the wheel well liners in order to remove the tie downs....etc. So I went with this instead of a competitor's mesh grille based on price (~1/2) and what I thought to be better air flow. A snap to install. Looks fine - time will tell. Delivered from England in about a week.
