they are quite easy to adjust and the spherical bearings do a great job of keeping the bar in the right place throughout the suspension travel range. follow the directions for install, especially making sure the bearings can pivot the same amount on the top and bottom of the link, otherwise you will feel them bind.

very pleased,they are well built and very functional, I use them on the street and the track.
