H&R springs paired with KYB AGX 8-way adjustable shocks. These springs lowered my car about an inch and a half. The look is clean, and it's not slammed like most Civics and Integras out there riding on H&R springs. I'm rolling on some 14" Watanabe's, and it now looks much more aggressive.
I purchased these springs pre-mounted on KYB AGX 8-way adjustable shocks. So far, the car feels solid, and it isn't too bouncy. Actually, it isn't bouncy at all. H&R springs are a great buy, and they've been around for a long time. I'm sure they know how to make performance springs, made with quality metals. The springs rates aren't as aggressive, but that's fine with me because I wouldn't want to sacrifice my every day ride quality. I'm glad I was able to get these springs paired with KYB AGX 8-way adjustable shocks!
Make sure to have a professional mount the springs on the shocks. A wrong step could potentially lead to a hole in a wall! Springs do pop off if they aren't compressed correctly!

Great, good quality springs. Lowered the car the advertised 1.5 inches(after it settled)
These springs were very solid even though I got them used (3000 miles) from the M-Road. I put them on the same time as my Mazdaspeed shocks (see shocks review for more detailed decription of how the car handled) Or for those of you who are too lazy, I will just say that I love it and can take turns with out fear all day long. The install was long (with shocks at same time) about 6 hrs. Make sure you have a good set of spring compresors!!
Again Great quality springs that make the car look mean and have even made the car get more attention from my honda only freinds.

These are lowering springs made by the German company which has a great reputation. They are advertised to lower the car 1.5 inches.
The quality of the spring is great and the red matches the car color. The body roll was reduced but not dramatically. This I feel is due to the fact that they don't not seem to have as high of a spring rate as other companies, I am going to leave that for the sway bars. The ride is not very harsh as other cars even though I have a 205/40R17 but they are on light weight rims. WARNING IF YOU HAVE A 17 X 7 RIM WITH A 38 OFFSET IT WILL RUB. I had to widen my front fenders by banging the hell out of them. Some may want to hurt me for taking a small sledge to a Miata's fender but I had to do it. The plastic in the wheel wellls and to be modified, DON'T CUT THE PART BY THE DOOR BECAUSE WATER AND MUD WILL REACH THE SILLS AND DOOR JAMS.
The end result is an outstandind looking a the top part of the tire is under the fender lip. The handling is great BUT I ALSO INSTALLED ADJ. TOKICOS AT THE SAME TIME. One last thing FOLLOW BILL CARDELS INSTRUCTING ON HOW TO CHANGE THEM.

H&R Lowering springs. Drop car aproximately 1.5"
I owe a '94 R package that is already tenacious in the corners so what I was really trying to accomplish with the H&R's was the "lowered" look. A pleasant surprise to me was the fact that the car now has a smoother ride on the highway, although for big jolts I have to say that it is more rough. The springs really give the car a more aggressive stance. Overall I am pleased with the results.
Cost was $300.00 installed. This did not include the necessary alignment. Installation took 3 hours total. For reference my wheel/tires are 205/50R15 Pirelli P700Z's on 15" Konig Cobras and have no rubbing problems.
