Leather shift boot and leather brake boot (tight fit).
I am disappointed at the quality of the leather and the look of the two pieces. The shift boot leather pieces are not well matched by their grain, and the brake boot feels like paper because it is paper thin. It doesn’t have a “tight” fit as shown in the photo on your web site and its stitching is gray versus the black stitching on the shift boot. Overall, the products just do not meet my expectations.
As some of you may know, it takes 1.5 of our Canadian dollars to match each US dollar, and with the shipping charges, customs duties and Canadian taxes added on I have paid dearly to obtain these products. Perhaps this fact alone raises my expectations of the products I order from the US.
