Three (3) metal pedals inscribed with MOMO in the center and covered with rubber bumps for grip.
My arms, back, and neck still ach from the install but just the drive home from my friends has shown them to be an great improvement over my old worn out OEM pedals.
if your pedals are getting old and you're looking to replace them, spend the extra $$ and put a set of these pedals on. Although they are slightly wider so your shoes can't be too wide.

Contorting myself into my foot-well to put these on was the most difficult aspect of this operation and if you can work an allan-key while holding three little bars in place you too can have performance pedals in your car too!
I must say that , though this may seem like a frivolous addition (and it is, after all, but what isn't? I mean, we don't need most of this stuff, but that's entirely besides the point) but the visual impact , as well as the better feel are worth it. Just remember to wear narrow shoes as the pedals are wider than stock...can't wear m y Doc's driving anymore
