A plastic oval blanking plate to cover the holes when you remove the visors. I got black with the red miata logo. Cost $15.
Moss says these are indestructable. I had them in for about 8 months and one cracked during the cold winter. I then bought the metal ones for only $25 and they look much better and came with shiny, new screws, too. I suggest going with the more durable metal rather than plastic.

Simple, nice molded plastic oval that properly fills the big hole where the sun visor used to mount. Uses existing screws.
This is a 5 minute install with a philips screwdriver. I chose classic plain black without a logo and it looks perfect. They weigh almost nothing so you do reduce unnecessary weight.
At $14 per pair these are overpriced yet the difference is remarkable. Without those visors the interior volume in the cars seems much greater, and it looks very clean with the top down. I kept the visors but will probably never replace them. Cap and sunglasses work just fine thanks.

Oval black plactic plates with or without Miata logo. Covers up the holes when the sun-visors are removed.
Got them in under a week from Moss and put them on immediately without the slightest bit of trouble.
I never expected such a dramatic difference in the appearance of my interior! Suddenly it feels like there's more room. The plates are flat black with a grainy texture. They fit right in with the surrounding interior and look VERY OEM! I wasn't sure about the logo, but it is actually very small, subtle, very tasteful. The logo is just painted on, and some might think $14 is a bit much for two little pieces of plastic, but I'm 100% satisfied and recommend the plates.
