Neoprene seat covers

Ordered black covers,they came quickly and were decent quality. When I put them on it was quite clear that they did not even come close to fitting my seats. It was a very generic cover that was much too short and too wide for our Miata seats. I left several messages trying to make sure they had shipped the right covers (they never answer the phones), sent emails and after four days got a reply that they would take the covers back but I would have to pay to ship it back and they would not refund my shipping costs (22 dollars each way). I regret doing business with Seatglovers and hope I can save someone else the same problems I went through.
