Ignition wires
Not happy with these, purchased from Moss, wires appear to belong to another application. Length is too long for a Miata, the distributor boots are shorter than factory and the plug boots are not well seated into the head opening at all. I am concerned that any water that may make it's way into the engine area may short out the ignition at the plug.
Not recommended for a Miata. I may replace these back with the factory wires until I can find a suitable replacement wire in red.

Bright yellow ignition wires sold by Moss Motors.
Upon opening the box of wires I found that one of the cam seals at the top of a shaft was lower that the other 3. After closer inspection I found that the top gasket slides down the shaft to ensure a tight seal to the cam cover.
I guess it's a good product, the bright yellow really stands out when the hood is up. I have noticed a smoother idle, the old wires looked a little rotted and may have been arcing.

Aftermarket spark plug wires availble in colors.
I installed these wires (yellow)in my 95 [1.8]. The wires were simple to install, visually look like reasonable quality, affordable & functioned properly. My only complaint is that they are too long.
Had I been aware of this length issue, I would have purchased Accel brand wires which are the correct length even though they are more expensive.

Plug wires available in red or yellow from Moss Motors. Offered as an alternative to NGK or Bosch, etc.
These plug wires seem constructed properly and look like an equivalent substitute for the NGK wires found on many Miatas. Upon installation it became apparent that slight variations in the length of the shaft that extends to the spark plugs prevents a tight seal against the cambox cover. The wires perform fine, however, now I am concerned about grime getting down into the spark plug wells.
The car runs but it is not worth the hassle of having a poor seal on the top of the engine.
