Complete kit for ~$120 plus ~$100 for install.
A high quality product, but is it worth it?
My 93 has 80K on the odometer and I needed to change the brake fluid so I thought it would be a good idea to upgrade the brake lines hoping for a performance improvement. I did not install them myself so I cannot elaborate on the topic.
After installation, I cannot notice any difference in the braking performance. I give credit to Mazda for designing a great stock system. After looking at the old rubber brake lines and seeing no significant deterioration, I feel that stainless lines are not a necessity. It does make me feel good psycologically, but physically, the car performs the same.
I think it would be wiser to spend ~$200 on other products like sway bars or air intakes, but I already had these.
Over 30 minutes to remove completely
