This negative-terminal switch allows you to quickly and easily disconnect your battery
The end to which you are supposed to connect the car's negative battery cable is too small and does not provide for a firm contact. My car is a 1992 Miata but I don't think sizes are different for other years.
It may be a little too much of a "generic" item. Construction quality seems good. The switch is actually a bolt that you screw or unscrew to make or break the electrical contact. There doesn't seem to be a lot of room between the battery's negative post and the car's fender or other surrounding metallic structures to fit the switch in.
Under 5 minutes to remove
