OE Mazda 6 shift knob

Excellent knob. Way better than the stock plastic one.

Chrome top. Leather (i think) surroundings. Nice weight. I got mine used on E-bay for 20$. Go for it. Mated with my Momo wheel, this makes for a very nice and cost-effective cockpit modification.

Leather shift knob also used on the Mazda6.

I bought this product from Finishline since they are local and Tommy is a good guy to deal with. I wanted a new shift knob because I felt the OEM knob was cheap looking and had a dated appearance as well. After looking at countless knobs I decided to go with this OEM type from Mazda that would normally be found on the Mazda6. It looks good yet is conservative which is a good thing with a convertible. A MOMO would have attracted too much attention as far as I'm concerned.

I like the shift knob. It's a bit pricey but not as expensive as others. It's weighted like the original shift knob so it feels about the same in that regard. The chrome collar at the base extends beyond the vinyl boot but overall it's not too noticeable unless you're looking for it. The quality is high since it is a Mazda part that is mass produced, and when coupled with a new vinyl shift boot it looks very good as though it belongs in the car. I'm happy with it.

GJ6A-V8-170-22, silver and black with silver metal plate and shift pattern on top.

The threat does not fit as a direct screw-on. Had to return the product to dealership and paid restocking fee. The part number, GJ6A-V8-170-22, is on Mazda6 Accessories list. To those who claimed it fits perfectly, what's part number on your OEM box?

What a great knob! A vast improvement over the OEM rubber knob...I am sure I picked up 5hp :) Certainly the easiest mod you can make...no reason to look for any other knob...

Purchased through finishline performance along with some other items...great service and super quick shipment...Highly recommend

5 Speed OEM shift knob.

I bought this from FINISHLINE, but it can be purchased at any Mazda Dealership. I found the best price at FINISHLINE.

This knob is top quality, has a nice weight and feel to it, and stays cool even on the hottest day. The leather is nicely stitched and the metal portion goes well with the Miata interior. The knob is larger then the OEM knob supplied with the Miata but by no means too large. I think it adds a classy, high end look to the interior. I would recomend this product.
