Applicable to '99 + 1.8 liter
Purchased these wheels in March, 2000 on Miata.Net Classifieds at a great price! They have Nitto 450 205/40/VR17's that had 6K on them. The only drawback is that the tires were mounted on a car that had bad alignment and the tires are worn bald on the inside 1" on all four tires.
I've since added Koni's and Jackson Racing lowering springs. I'm getting an alignment in a week and have ordered Dunlop SP Sport 9000's to have mounted, balanced and aligned. Should be a great setup! The wheels themselves are a great addition to my Red '99 Leather Package. Many compliments abound for the 13-spoke chromed appearance. However, these are not wheels for a x-cross crowd. Tires and wheels come to 48 pounds apiece, so the added weight is for an "all show - not go" car!!!
Overall, I'm completely satisfied with owning these fine wheels.
