185/60/14 H rated performance tire
These tires were mounted on the factory '"Hollow 7's" when I purchased the car used.
These appear to be a "service station" type of tire. They do not have aggressive tread, however, they do have inside/outside mounting requirements. I was skeptical about these tires but since they were in new condition I have left them on for the time being. these tires work well overall, not outstanding in any respect, but good all around. A friend has used this brand/type of tire on seveal other larger Ford cars and has stated that they always last a long time, wear well and ride good for the money. I suspect they are the cause of minor oversteer in the Miata and they do not absorb shock well when combined with OEM suspension parts with 30K of wear. A good choice when inexpensive tires are needed.
