These rims are the popular Japanese rims seen in Initial D on the AE86, and many other old school racing cars. They are very light, and very durable. They rims haven't bent yet, and I run over pot holes all the time in San Francisco.

They look great, and they turn heads all the time. Import tuners always ask about the rims, because apparently, they're really hard to get a hold of. I was very fortunate to find a used set for an unbelievable price. Normally, a brand new rim in 14" is roughly around $200-300 a piece. They're usually imported from Japan. Rota makes some knock offs as well.

Very JDM if you're into that. Thanks to N1 Concepts for the hookup on the rims.

Watanabe F8 8 Spoke

Classic roadster style. The Watanabes are silver though I wanted them black. They weigh around 14 pounds each for the 15x7 size. Same design they've been selling since the 60's. They kind of look like Panasports, the stock rims without the center caps, or the stock rims on the Mini.

The offset I have tucks into the fender at the top but not from the sides. You can see them from the front and the back. Paired with 215/50R15 dunlop they give a greatly improved handling feel over the stock 14x5.5.

Looks great. Doesn't take away from the roadster feel. The only rims I would get for my NA would be Watanabes or Panasports.
